AM Experience, within the scope of the Certification of the integrated management system for Quality, Environment, Safety and Sustainable Events, hereby informs you of the performance monitoring controls to be applied during the supply of services/ contracted products, with a view to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System of the AM Experience, as well as the quality of the services provided by the AM Experience group.

AM Experience performs the assessment and qualification of suppliers/subcontractors, based on the following criteria:

- Non-conformities identified in the products during the reception and use phase.

- Impact on the Quality of Service of the supplier/subcontractor on AM or AM Customers.

- Compliance with delivery deadlines for products or services.

- Impact on Safety, Environment and Sustainability.

Whenever non-conformities associated with the defined requirements are identified, they will be dealt with by each stakeholder.

If the above criteria call into question the supplier's qualification, the supplier will be informed, otherwise the suppliers will remain qualified.
